Tshepo Letsoalo is the founder and Managing Director of BPM. He is responsible for managing the business across all pillars.

He gained years of experience in the Civil Engineering industry where he worked as a civil engineering technologist, project manager, construction manager and programme manager in the private sector (consulting and construction industries) and the public sector.

He is a qualified Civil engineering technologist with a Civil engineering B-Tech qualification from University of Johannesburg, holds a project management certificate, and is currently enrolled for an MBA (Master of Business Administration).

He is a full member of SAICE and a candidate member of ECSA and PMSA.
